The plaza opened in 1995, along U.S. Highway 26 across from The Museum at Warm Springs. The brightly painted plaza consists of Warm Springs Ventures, Eagle-Tech Technology Center, Nathan's Business Services, Visions Of The West,  and Wild Rye Bead Gallery.
